S26 - Maintain Party – Individual – Phone/Address History

 

Purposes:

 

This screen allows the MIMS user to view party history information for address and phone numbers.

 

Prerequisites:

 

1.       MIMS user must have applicable security authorization to access this screen.

            The following groups have access to this panel:

 

·     All MEP Staff with access to MIMS

·         Legal Service Agents

 

Helpful Hints:

 

·         This is a view only screen, no updates can be done.

 

Navigation

Party è Search è Search Results è Hyperlink è Phone/Address History.

 

Procedure:

 

1.       From Screen S13 – Party Search Criteria, search for Party.

2.       On Screen S21 – Maintain Party Individual, select ‘Phone/Address History’ tab.

3.       The Party Phone/Address history is displayed showing the last 2 years of expired party phone/addresses.

4.       To view phone/address history older than 2 years, place a check mark in the “Display All’ checkbox.

5.       Click the ‘Get’ button.  The system will display ALL expired party addresses/phones numbers.

 

 

Screen Label

Description/Instructions

Display All

All addresses and phone numbers that MEP has recorded will be displayed.

When GET is selected all history will be displayed.

Party Address History

 

Address Type

This will display the ‘ Mailing’ addresses and then the ‘Physical’ addresses of the party in reverse chronological order.

Address

The full address of the party, including city, province/state, country and postal/zip code.

Expired By

MIMS user that expired the address.

Expired Date

Displays the expiry date of address in YYYY-MM-DD format where Y = year, M = month and D = day.

Party Phone History

 

Phone Type

This will display the ‘Home’, ‘Work’, ‘Cell’, and ‘Fax’ numbers in reverse chronological order.

Area Code

Previous Area Code of the party’s phone number.

Phone Number

Previous Phone numbers of the party

Expired By

MIMS user that expired the phone number.

Expiry Date

Displays the expiry date of phone number in YYYY-MM-DD format where Y = year, M = month and D = day.
